Raymond L. Noah, the son of Raymond Carl and Minnie Ethel (Livengood) Noah, was born June 16, 1931, in Langdon, Missouri.  He attended Phelps City Grade School, Phelps City, Missouri, and Rock Port High School, Rock Port, Missouri, graduating in 1949.  After graduating, Raymond worked for Clifton Furniture in Rock Port.  On August 29, 1950, Raymond joined the United States Air Force, proudly serving his country in the Korean War.  He received his honorable discharge August 28, 1954.  Following his military service, Raymond attended University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri, graduating with an electrical engineering degree.
On September 5, 1954, Raymond was united in marriage to Julia True at the Pleasant View Presbyterian Church in Craig, Missouri, by Dr. Alfred Martin.
Raymond was employed as an electrical engineer at Honeywell, Inc. in St. Petersburg, Florida, for 29 years, retiring in 1988, as the Chief Engineer of the Military Avionics Division. He was involved in classified programs, specifically with the U2 and Black Birds-SR71 spy planes.
Raymond was a private pilot and enjoyed camping and fishing.  He was baptized in the Pleasant View Presbyterian Church in Craig and was a member of the Trinity Presbyterian Church in Clearwater, Florida.  Raymond was also a member of the Honeywell Minnreg Organization.  Raymond passed away Monday, June 18, 2018, in Clearwater, Florida, at the age of 87.  Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, June 25, 2018, at Minter Funeral Chapel, Rock Port, Missouri. Interment followed in Tharp Cemetery, Craig, Missouri. Services were conducted by Rev. Will Ratcliff.  Military rites are under the auspices of Ralph Greer American Legion Post #49, Rock Port.
In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by brother, Dean Noah and granddaughter, Kathryn Eloise Ward.  Survivors include his wife, Julia True Noah, Clearwater; children, David Noah and wife, Kerin, Tampa, Florida, Danny Noah and wife, Gina, Clearwater, Deborah Noah, Ormond Beach, Florida, and Douglas Noah and wife, Seeta, Oviedo, Florida; nine grandchildren, Jennifer Radigan and husband, Ryan, Julia Ward, Christopher Noah, Raymond Noah, Kendall Ward, Kameela Noah, Julian Noah, Jessica Gaudreau and Jason George; and five great-grandchildren.
