The Rock Port Volleyball Team competed in a tournament Saturday, September 9, 2017, in Shenandaoh, Iowa. The Lady Blue Jays won two of their four matches.
Rock Port lost to Shenandoah in two games with final scores of 21-29 and 7-21. Individual Lady Jay stats follow: Aces – Abbie Hale and Ashley Cue, 1 each; Kills – Abbie Hale 1; Digs – Catyn Chamberlain and Abbie Hale, 4 each; Blocks – Drue Kemerling and Jentry Freemyer, 1 each; and Assists – Jentry Freemyer 1.
Rock Port won the match against Lenox in three games with final scores of 21-13, 15-21, and 15-6. Individual RP stats follow: Aces – Abbie Hale and Kelcie Gaines, 3 each; Kills – Drue Kemerling and Abbie Hale, 3 each; Digs – Catyn Chamberlian 11; Blocks – Drue Kemerling 3; and Assists – Kelcie Gaines and Jentry Freemeyer, 3 each.

In their final game of the tournament, the Lady Blue Jays lost to Fremont Mills in two games with final scores of 12-21 and 7-21. The Lady Jays’ overall record is 7-7 and they are 3-0 in the 275 Conference.
