The University of Missouri Atchison County Extension is holding a workshop for all ages of youth at the Fairfax school cafeteria on September 12 from 4-6 pm. The youth will learn about chemical reactions and have some truly explosive fun! In today’s world Science ,Technology, Engineering ,Mathematics (core commonly known as STEM) teach youth to use their abilities to solve problems, evaluate and make sense of information. Come and get hands on with experiments that will challenge your youth. Please RSVP to Sam O’Riley at 660-744-6231 or orileys@missouri.edu by September 9th if you will be participating. There is a $5 charge for all youth participating to help with cost of supplies. You do not need to be part of 4-H to participate in this program.
