CA, Children’s group of First Baptist Church, Tarkio, and Christ Point Baptist Church, Shenandoah (a new church start) will discover that they can encourage local residents. Children will help build the kingdom of God when they participate in Children’s Ministry Day 2017 on Saturday, February 18, 2017.
The Children’s Ministry Day 2017 theme is “Love Your Neighbor.” Participating will give children an opportunity to give everything to God as they reach out to people in their neighborhood and community. On this day, boys and girls from thousands of churches across North America will collectively minister and witness in their communities as they positively impact the lives of others.
Children of First Baptist Church and Christ Point will meet at Christ Point Church, 602 Maple Street, Shenandoah, to decorate cookies for distribution to a care center in Shenandoah, as well as to the residents at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Rock Port and Tarkio Rehabilitation and Health Care in Tarkio.
Children will conclude this day by traveling to Porter’s Lake Skating Rink to share a time with friends for fun and fellowship.
