The Fairfax Kiwanis and Optimist Clubs have set Tuesday, April 4, 2017, for their annual Pancake Feed at the Fairfax Fire Station Community Room. There will be two different serving times for this fundraising effort. Lunch serves from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the evening supper serving is from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. All-you-can-eat pancakes and ham along with hot chocolate and coffee are served for a free will offering. The clubs’ members are all assigned duties for this event that helps them keep their funds going for their valuable Summer Ball Youth programs.
These clubs work hard to keep the youth activities at the top of their lists. They strive to make each youth project a great experience for the youth and at a minimal cost to each of them. They are proud of the Fairfax youth, their character and willingness to help each other. Members want to promote these fine young people and help make their growing up years memorable.
Members of the Fairfax Kiwanis and Optimist Clubs look forward to seeing many of you Tuesday for a great meal and conversation. Go vote!
