Rock Port Program

Mad Science of K.C. will be presenting a program at the Memorial Building in Rock Port at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 7, 2017. The target audience for this program is ages 5 through 12, however, Mad Science programs are enjoyed by all ages. This program will be open to the public and free of charge.

Fairfax and Tarkio Programs

Mad Science Workshops are coming to Fairfax and Tarkio on Wednesday, June 14, 2017. Two workshops will be conducted in Fairfax on Wednesday morning. A 9:30 a.m. workshop will be held for children ages 4, 5, and 6, and a 10:30 a.m. workshop will be conducted for children ages 7 through 11.
The same two workshops will be conducted in Tarkio the afternoon of June 14. A 1 p.m. workshop will be held for kids ages 4, 5 and 6, and a 2 p.m. workshop will be conducted for children ages 7 through 11. All workshops in Fairfax and Tarkio will be “sign up” events with a limited number of participants. The workshops are free of charge.
More details about all Mad Science events in Fairfax, Tarkio and Rock Port will be available in a couple of weeks. Check with your local library, the library web site, this newspaper and cable channel 60 for more information.
Mad Science events kick off, Build a Better World, the children’s summer reading program, coming in July. Atchison County Library sponsors Mad Science and summer reading programs.
