Loved ones of active duty military men and women or loved ones of men and women who are presently in the Army National or Air National Guard and those men or women who are currently serving are invited to a Blue Star Recognition Celebration at the Allen-Schiffern American Legion Post #199 Building in Tarkio September 16, 2017, at 10 a.m. Coffee and donuts will be provided. Past recipients of the Blue Star banner are encouraged to attend as well.
