State v Anthony J. Berry: Arraignment for tampering with motor vehicle – 1st degree, resisting arrest/detention/stop by fleeing – creating a substantial risk of serious injury/death to any person and operate vehicle on highway without a valid license – 1st offense from October 30, 2017.

Jeremy Burns v Marlin F. Meyer, ET AL.: Motion hearing on CC wrongful death, filed July 26, 2017.
By agreement of the parties, the parties appear by counsel in Atchison County where the Court takes up Defendants’ Motion to Stay Discovery and hears argument of counsel. The matter is taken under advisement. Defendants’ Motion for Extension of Time is withdrawn as moot and is therefore deemed Denied. Finding upheld by the Court in that Defendant does not know cost of attorney as has not contacted any and is fully employed.
