Several Rock Port High School Music students had a great day this past Saturday, March 24, 2018, at All-District Solo/Small ensemble Festival. Following are their results:
(I)  Exemplary  (State Bound): Josie Watkins-vocal, Chris Sticken-vocal, Summer Greenwalt-trombone, Liven Schokenhoff-flute, RyAnne Herron-clarinet
(II) Outstanding- Beth Davis-clarinet, Ayden Wilroy-clarinet, Mystie Robinson-clarinet, Fischer Tharp-trumpet, Jared Thomas-trumpet, RyAnne Herron-vocal, Scarlett Kish- flute
(III) Satisfactory- Tori Jordan-flute and Liven Schokenhoff-piano
“All of these kids deserve a high five! It takes a lot of time and practice to go to districts…..let alone to get a I or II! ” said Abby Palmer.
