Kimberly and Erik Hall of Harrisburg, South Dakota, are pleased to announce the birth of their baby girl, Tinsley Jo Hall. Tinsley was born at 6:40 a.m. Monday, April 9, 2018, at Sioux Falls, South Dakota, weighing 8 pounds, 5 ounces, and measuring 21 inches long.
Grandparents are Melvin and Marilyn Hicks of Tarkio and Robert and Lela Hall of South Dakota.
