The children in Ms. Katie’s and Ms. Amy’s class at Atchison County Head Start have enjoyed learning about our marvelous Earth, and all its works. Students were also able to focus on the 3 R’s . . . Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. While actively participating with the 3 R’s the children were able to use potatoes to grow grass. They also made handprint globes, and paper plate Earths. The children at Head Start love to take care of our Earth!
