The Missouri Retired Teachers Association and Public School Personnel (MRTA) will meet Thursday, June 7, at the Lyceum Restaurant in Brownville, Nebraska. The Northwest Missouri Robotics group will present the program. Members are to arrive at 11:00 a.m. to sign in and visit. The meal will begin at 11:30 a.m.
Superintendents in the Holt and Atchison County school districts are invited to attend as MRTA’s guests.
MRTA’s vision statement includes this important statement: “Members strive to uphold and improve the integrity, value, and mission of our public schools, so that all school personnel may live healthy, vital lives and be secure economically, socially and professionally in retirement.” If you are a retired school employee, join MRTA and help accomplish this worthwhile goal.
