• Planning is under way for the annual meeting. It will be September 12, 6-8 p.m. at the Velma Houts Building in Rock Port. The next regular ACDC Board meeting will be held Wednesday, August 22, at 12 noon.
New Business
• ACDC will be seeking bids for an audit of the previous four years (2014-2017).
• The group reviewed nonprofit support requests that have been submitted since the last meeting. W.C. Farmer motioned, Lydia Hurst seconded, and all approved a contribution of $3,000 to the Westboro Wildcat Baseball group’s clean-up effort of the demolished school.
The meeting was then adjourned.
