Fairfax Marching Pride will kick off their marching season Friday, September 27, as they march down Main Street in full uniform at 8:30 a.m. Their first parade competition is Saturday at the Shenandoah Iowa Shenfest. The parade begins at 2:00 p.m.

The Marching Pride will then compete in the Southwest Iowa Band Jamboree Saturday, October 5, in Clarinda, Iowa. The parade begins at 9:00 a.m. They will finish their marching season October 26 at the NWMSU Homecoming Parade. That parade will begin at 9:00 a.m.
