Fairfax Optimists have scheduled the annual Spook Parade for Thursday, October 31. Due to predicted weather, the parade will now be held at the Fairfax R-3 School.  Hot dogs will be served at 5:00 p.m. in the shelter house followed by a parade to the park stage where participants will be announced.
