John Davis, interim president of Tarkio College, was the guest speaker at the March 26 meeting of the Tarkio Rotary Club. John noted that certification as an institute of learning is imminent. The new institution will be known as Tarkio Tech. It will provide certification in career and technical programs with the opportunity to dual enroll for area high school students.
