DESCRIPTION:Left undetected over time\, high blood pressure can lead to heart attacks\, strokes\, heart failure\, vision loss\, kidney disease or failure\, and many other significant health issues. Community Hospital-Fairfax staff are hitting the road to take 500 blood pressures across Atchison and Holt counties. CH-F staff members will be posted at seven different locations across the Community Hospital-Fairfax service area.
