The Tarkio Golf Club hosted a youth golf clinic for area youth Tuesday through Thursday, July 10 through 12. The clinic was led by Brad Volker, above right. Volker is a graduate of Tarkio High School and is teaching pro at Shoal Creek Golf Course in Liberty, Missouri. The youth golfers learned the fundamentals and skills of golf with the help of Volker and other volunteers, which will help them better their game.
