Graduates of Rock Port High School, congregated on May 27 in the high school gym for the Annual Rock Port High School Alumni Banquet. Lynn Hunter, class of 1971, welcomed everyone and was followed by the invocation given by Jade Lemmon, class of 2016.
Honored Classes for 2016 included: 60th year class of 1956, 50th year class of 1966, 40th year class of 1976, 30th year class of 1986, 25th year class of 1991, 20th year class of 1996, 10th year class of 2006, and 2016 graduating class.
The honored classes each gave advice to the twelve members of the Class of 2016 that became members of the Rock Port Alumni Association.
This year’s Alumni Achievement Award, presented by Eric Chamberlain, went to Greg Chamberlain.
The banquet was catered by the Brownville Lyceum and the meal was served by the Rock Port FFA officers.
