Change in Tarkio school schedule

Due to school being missed because of the snow, classes at Tarkio R-I WILL be in session Wednesday, December 19 (periods 1-4), and Thursday, December 20 (periods 5-8), 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Christmas break will be held Friday, December 21, through Wednesday, January 2. School will be back in session Thursday, January 3.

Four-State Honor Choir

Rock Port choir students named to the 2019 Four-State Honor Choir are Rebekah Lucas, RyAnne Herron, Josie Watkins, and Gage Maxwell. There were 230 nominations, and 175 choristers were selected. They will perform Saturday, January 19, at Northwest Missouri State University.

Two new faces at Rock Port Elementary School
