Local schools extend free breakfast and lunch program

The United States Department of Agriculture has funds to extend the Seamless Summer Option for school breakfasts and lunches, hopefully until the end of the 2020-21 school year. 89th annual Fairfax Invitational Basketball Tournament begins

The 89th annual Fairfax Basketball Tournament is underway. Due to COVID-19 concerns, changes have been made and guidelines put into place. Boys will play Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and girls will play Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Spectators will be limited to four per athlete. New club house being constructed

Construction on the new club house at Tarkio Golf Course continues. The flooring was laid last year by MO Concrete, who will also do the brickwork. Dow Construction is currently building the walls. City of Rock Port makes electrical system upgrade
