Fairfax residents will be watching one athlete in particular during the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, September 7 – 18, 2016. John Gilbert, a graduate of Fairfax R-3 School, is a member of the U.S. Men’s Wheelchair Basketball Team that will compete in the Paralympics. The games will be televised on NBCSN.
