_{Very limited information is available regarding an incident that happened over the weekend. According to a press release from Rock Port Chief of Police Shannon Sherwood, “the Rock Port City Police Department responded to  a possible shooting” that occurred in Rock Port, Mo. on March 30, 2019, at approximately 3:00 p.m. The press release states that prior to officers arriving at the scene, the victim contacted officers at the Atchison County Sheriff’s office.  The victim was life-flighted with unknown injuries to a hospital and a suspect was taken in for questioning. This is an active investigation, no additional information is available at this time. Assisting agencies were Atchison County Sheriff’s office and Tarkio Police Department.}
