Michael and Amanda Oswald of Fairfax, Missouri, are pleased to announce the birth of their baby girl, Claire Elizabeth Oswald. Claire was born November 2, 2019, at 8:42 a.m. weighing 8 pounds and 1 ounce and measuring 21.5 inches long. Besides her parents, Claire is welcomed home by big sister Ava Oswald and big brother William Oswald.

Grandparents are Marion and Tonya Oswald of Fairfax and Del and Debbie Wilkins of Texico, Illinois.
