Tarkio Hy-Vee Store Manager Jennifer Heard stands with the 25 meals donated by Hy-Vee to families in need this Thanksgiving. The bags are full of everything one needs for a Thanksgiving dinner.

On Sunday, November 22, 2020, Tarkio Hy-Vee donated 25 meals to families in need in our community. These families received all the fixings to have a plentiful Thanksgiving meal, including a turkey, cans of corn and green beans, stuffing mix, fresh rolls, and pumpkin pie. The bags were then delivered by the Tarkio/Westboro Ministerial Alliance.

“We are delighted to be able to provide several families in our community with a Thanksgiving meal,” said Jennifer Heard, Store Manager. “Especially this year, when so many have been impacted by COVID-19, we are proud to assist families as they celebrate the holiday with their loved ones.”
