Tarkio Hy-Vee customers finally have an excuse to leave their carts outside in the parking lot on those blustery days when they want to get into their warm vehicles as fast as possible. Two new cart returns were recently installed – one on the south side and one on the west side of the store. Signs honoring the East Atchison Wolves will soon be added to them.
