Hy-Vee, an employee-owned grocery store chain, offers Clean Charge Network stations at many of its locations. The stations were recently installed at the Tarkio store. Hy-Vee has a Fuel Saver + Perks program for gas-vehicle drivers and considers free charging at the Clean Charge Network stations as an equivalent for electric vehicle drivers.
