The Rock Port Blue Jays travelled to Platte City, Missouri, to compete in the West Platte Cross Country Invitational Saturday, October 18, at Platte Ridge Park.

Anna Weber placed 31st in the JV girls’ race with a time of 34:02.3.

Norah Watkins placed 6th in the varsity girls’ race with a time of  21:10.2. Evelyn Heintz placed 65th with a time of 26:23.5.

Levi Lucas placed 86th in the varsity boys’ race with a time of 21:27.7. Justin Kuhns placed 116th with a time of  23:20.9.

The Blue Jays competed in the 275 Conference Cross Country Meet Monday, October 20, in Maryville, Missouri.

The Class 1 District 4 Cross Country Meet will be Saturday, November 1, on the campus of Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri.
