It’ll be a busy, fun-filled night in Tarkio Friday, January 23, with the East Atchison basketball teams taking on Osborn/Stewartsville in homecoming action, the annual parachute routine, and crowning of the homecoming kings and queens.

But also on that night’s “menu” of activities is the CTA chili supper. Stop by the Tarkio Elementary cafeteria from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. for a delicious bowl of chili along with homemade cinnamon rolls made by Karla Chambers, Sasha Bruce, Paige Agnew, and other favorite local bakers. Food is $10 for adults, $5 for students, and children 4 and under eat for free. The first 200 people are guaranteed a meal, so don’t miss out! Funds raised from the event will go toward scholarships for students.
