The Rock Port R-II School Board of Education held a special meeting via email Thursday, January 16, 2026.

President Regan Griffin called the special meeting to order via e-mail at 2:00 p.m. Other members present were Afton Schomburg, Reven Herron, Troy Cook, Jared Meyerkorth, Theresa Crawford and Joanna Burke. Also present were Dr. Bollinger, superintendent, and Jennifer Welch, board secretary.

Board members voted unanimously to approve the HR Form as presented. The HR form included extending contracts to Brewer Wheeler for the open elementary PE position for the 2026-2027 school year and extending a contract to Courtney Meyerkorth for the open Art K-12/Mass Media position for the 2026-2027 school year.

Regan Griffin adjourned the special meeting via e-mail at 2:49 p.m.
