Peru, Nebraska- Peru State College will host four activities throughout the day on Veteran’s Day, November 11, 2016. All Veterans Day programs are open and free to the public.
At 8:00 a.m., the Cadence Run will be held. Runners should meet on the campus quad.
The Veterans Day Program will be held at 9:30 a.m. in the Jindra Recital Hall. Bill Hessler, Nemaha County Veterans Service Officer, will be the keynote speaker. Veterans from campus and surrounding communities are invited to attend and be recognized as part of the program.
A reception will follow the program. The reception will be held at 10 a.m. in the lobby of the Jindra Fine Arts Building.
