Fairfax R-3 School has announced that John Gilbert, former resident and paralympic gold medalist, will be returning to his hometown Friday, Janury 13, 2017, for an assembly at the school.
The school also plans to honor John during that night during the Fairfax Invitational Basketball Tournament. More details will be available at a later date.
