Karen Culjat (left) and Darlene Schmidt (right) both said what they will miss the most after retirement are the people.

The turn out was wonderful on September 28, 2016 the Trustees and Director of the Rock Port branch of the Atchison County Library held a Retirement Open House for Karen Culjat and Darlene Schmidt. Refreshments and visiting were enjoyed by all in attendance.
Karen started in the library in August of 1986. Now 30 years later she is looking to do a little traveling. Darlene will be with the library until the end off the year. She has worked in the library for 36 years.
These two ladies have been a great asset for the Atchison County Library and the community of Rock Port. Their help and guidance have been greatly appreciated. You both will be missed. Thank you and enjoy retirement.
