State vs. Donnie Creach – Probation violation hearing for Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana / Synthetic Cannabinoid, Possession Of Marijuana / Synthetic Cannabinoid Of 10 Grams Or Less, Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Operate Vehicle On Highway Without A Valid License – 1st Offense, Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (Exceeded By 16 – 19 Mph). Case called. The State appears by PA Hurst. The defendant appears with Attorney Euler, and with a plea agreement, enters a plea of guilty. The Court accepts the plea agreement and finds the defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Sentencing set for March 5, 2019, at 9:00 a.m.
