Cooper Todd Riley- Tabitha Hibbs and Jacob Riley of Fairfax, Missouri, are pleased to announce the birth of their baby boy, Cooper Todd Riley. Cooper was born at 12:50 p.m. on Monday, December 5, 2016, at Community Hospital-Fairfax. He weighed 8 pounds and .05 ounces.
Maternal grandparents are Lori Myer of Mt. Ayr, Iowa, and the late Todd Hibbs of Sheridan, Missouri. Paternal grandparents are Sandi Riley of Fairfax and the late Darrin Riley of Tarkio. Maternal great-grandparents are Larry and Linda Hibbs, Rita Poppa, and the late Fred Poppa. Paternal great-grandparents are Donald and Connie Riley, Joan Foster, and the late Erskin Foster.
