Monica Bailey – Was the guest speaker at the noon meeting of the Tarkio Rotary Club on Tuesday, February 7, 2017. Monica gave an update of activities of the Atchison County Development Corporation. She told of the Great Northwest Day that was recently held at the capital. Job shadowing will be offered to county juniors and seniors this spring. She noted that the ACDC business improvement grant program for this year will begin on March 1.
