The children in Ms. Amy’s, Ms. Katie’s, and Ms. Jo’s classes at Atchison County Head Start celebrated the famous Dr. Seuss last week. Every day students honored one of their favorite books: Monday – Crazy Hair, Tuesday – Hats A Plenty, Wednesday – Mismatched Socks, Thursday – Glowing Green, and Friday – Cozy Pajamas. The class made new and improved hats for that mischievous Cat in the Hat, and his sidekicks got new hairdos. Everyone had so much fun together and even tried green eggs and ham at lunch. Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!
