Clifford Chaney, 55, Tarkio, Missouri, was arrested March 13, 2019, at 5:45 p.m. in Nodaway County, Missouri, by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for: charges of distribution of a controlled substance in a protected area, possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Douglas McMahon, 56, Rock Port, Missouri, was arrested March 15, 2019, at 12:39 p.m. on Country Club Drive, Rock Port, by the Rock Port Police Department for: DWI – 2nd.
