EA’s Haley Garrison placed 10th in the Discus Throw at Indian Relays with a throw of 64’1”.

Tarkio High School and the East Atchison Wolves hosted Indian Relays Thursday, April 18, 2019, in Tarkio. It was a sunny, although blustery day, but the athletes performed extremely well. Two Indian Relay records were broken during the event, including one set 25 years ago. Ashley Riley of Platte Valley broke the 3200 Meter Run record (of 12:15.48 set by Arthaud of Rock Port in 1994) with a time of 12:14.36. Jacob New of Worth County broke the Javelin Throw record (of 126’10” set in 2017 by Vollner of S. Holt/Nod.-Holt) with his throw of 145’7”.
