The Heartland Riders chapter of the Christian Motorcy- clists Association appreciates the support of the community in its Run for the Son fundraiser. Their goal of $15,000 was reached and a motorcycle will be presented to a pastor in Uganda in October for helping to spread the Gospel. Be- sides monies given to Missionary Ventures for transpor- tation, the Jesus Film Project and Open Doors ministries along with CMA will receive monies for evangelism efforts.
