Destiny Klosek and Darek Mercer of Maryville, Missouri, are pleased to announce the birth of their baby girl, Stella Mae Mercer. Stella was born at 6:00 p.m. Monday, September 16, 2019, at Community Hospital-Fairfax in Fairfax, Missouri. She weighed seven pounds and four ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Mike Klosek and Nancy Klosek, both of Tarkio, Missouri. Paternal grandparents are Rodney Mercer and Kerri Scott, both of Savannah, Missouri. Maternal great-grandparents are James Howard of Warminster, Pennsylvania, and Mike, Sr. and Anna Mae Klosek of Tarkio. Paternal great-grandparents are Georgia Mercer of St. Joseph, Missouri, and Betty Scott of Springfield, Oregon.
