Citizens Bank & Trust, Rock Port, will host its 45th Annual Halloween Parade and Costume Contest Thursday, October 31, 2019, in the bank parking lot. Registration begins at 4:00 p.m. and the parade begins at 4:30 p.m. There are five categories for the costume contest, including couples (no groups). Join the CB&T staff for hot dogs and drinks after the parade, then trick-or-treat the residents at Pleasant View Nursing Home.
