The 2019 Rock Port/Watson Adopt-A-family program has started. There are many families, children, and elderly citizens who need your help this holiday season!

There are currently 18 children who need gifts, nine families who need food baskets, and three elderly citizens who need food baskets.

The current list of children who need to be adopted includes the following:

A1 Boy, age 13

Contact Erika Daugherty at the Rock Port United Methodist Church office at 744-2101 if you would like to adopt someone. (This list will be updated daily on the Rock Port Ministerial Alliance Facebook page.)

Registration for the Rock Port/Watson Adopt-A-Family program has begun and will continue through November 28. Registration will take place at Community Services in Tarkio (322 Main, phone 660-736-4646), or at the United Methodist Church office in  Rock Port (211 W. Opp, phone 660-744-2101).

Individuals and/or organizations wishing to “adopt” may do so by visiting the UMC office Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., beginning October 28.
