The 45th Annual Citizens Bank & Trust Halloween costume contest and parade was a hit on Thursday, October 31, 2019, in Rock Port. It was a cold day, but the sun was shining, a welcome change from Wednesday’s wintry weather Super heroes and movie stars gathered on the bank’s parking lot, where 135 participants showed off their costumes. The bank served hot dogs to the crowd and gave out prizes to their favorite costumed characters. Kipton Waigand was the grand prize winner of $45 in gold coins.
