Diana Vernon was the guest speaker at the noon meeting of the Tarkio Rotary Club on November 19, 2019. She shared information about her mission trip to Romania this year and her work with the children of gypsy families. She spoke of the poverty, racism and human trafficking that is prevalent in Romania among the gypsy people. She shared how the church missions are working to help the gypsy adults learn marketable skills in order to keep the family units intact. (Submitted by Anita Sutter)
