Although not everyone may be a Kansas City Chiefs’ fan, supporting our “local” athletes is one thing we are known for. It’s been 50 years since the Kansas City Chiefs have won a Super Bowl, so there is only one thing to say – GO CHIEFS!

There are a couple of special food options this weekend in Atchison County. The Fairfax Christian Church Men are hosting a “breakfast for dinner” Saturday, February 1, at 5:00 p.m. and the Tarkio High School FFA Chapter is hosting a Fish Fry Sunday, February 2, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the ag building.
