The Rock Port Park Board met Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at the Rock Port City Park. Members present were Katey Kroeger, Jill Lager, Tisha Jackson, Clint Dougherty, Tawni Ellis, Jennifer Geib, Sheena Roup, and Devon Sons. Shauna Farmer was absent.
The meeting agenda was approved.
The August 2020 financials and the minutes of the August 12, 2020, meeting were approved.
Stan with ACCO came to discuss a few things that were found when he inspected the pool for repairs.
A pool committee is still forming. If you are interested contact Katey.
The board will continue the search for handicap accessibility grants.
Donations can still be made to the pool donations account at Citizens Bank & Trust.
The Park Board is also looking for grants for an inclusive play area.
The next meeting will be Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at the park.
