The dam, three feet above water level, will extend 520 feet in length at its base and is to be 70 feet in width. It requires 8,700 cubic yards of dirt. Eight springs and the waterfall will feed the lake with water. It will later be stocked with fish. E.C. Rhoden and associates of Kansas City are the owners of Commonwealth Farms. On the land a popcorn plant is nearing completion.
