The Westboro Lions Club has been donating potatoes, bread, chicken, and eggs to families in need through Atchison County Community Services Inc. in Tarkio.

The Lions, along with Helping Hands Family, will be hosting an unlimited buffet of meat and side dishes Saturday, November 14, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Westboro fire station.

The event is being held to raise money to make a local impact with nutrition needs as well as in Rorkes Drift, South Africa. The goal is to raise enough money to purchase food for Community Services to give to families in need.
