Melinda Graves, Fairfax, was one of the winners of the Atchison County December book drawings, sponsored by the Atchison County Library. Each drawing winner received a copy of The Noel Letters by Richard Paul Evans. The other winners were Julie Barnett, Tarkio, and Tommie Miles, Rock Port.
